About Lisa LaBonte Meyers
Lisa LaBonte Meyers is a creative at heart with deep roots in Southern Maine, where the rugged coastline and natural textures have long inspired her artistic work. Years ago, she began designing handcrafted silver jewelry, drawn to the process of shaping metal with fire, texture, and tools. Though her professional path took her into a 25-year career in media and, more recently, an 8-year role as Director of Operations at a small IT start-up, her passion for jewelry-making has remained a steady thread.
In 2024, Lisa stepped away from the demands of full-time work, purchased a cottage in Maine to be closer to her aging parents, and returned to her studio with renewed purpose. With her children now grown, she’s expanding her skills into the world of permanent jewelry—combining creative expression with personalized experiences.
Her connection to Sue and Judy dates back to their elementary school days here in Southern Maine. Reuniting with familiar faces and familiar places has added a full-circle feel to this next chapter—where creativity, community, and craftsmanship come together in a whole new way.
